Yesterday, we opened the face. Today, on a face that's finally ready, we lift the upper face, neck and jawline. This is the day so many women feel the difference.

At 9:45am PT, our special guest Valeria Hinojosa joins us. She left a banking career to build a slower life that matched her values, and her session, "The Permission We Never Give Ourselves", is one I think many of you need to hear.
And tomorrow, on our final day, we bring everything together into one daily practice you can keep, so this is the last time you start over.
