Hi Henryk,
If you step outside tonight and look up at the night sky, there is something beautiful we can learn from the moon.
It doesn't resist the darkness or try to chase it away.
It simply shines.
And because of that, even the darkness becomes beautiful, a space where its light can be seen.
In many ways, we're no different.
There are seasons in life when things feel heavy or uncertain. When our minds become so occupied with everything happening around us that we begin to lose touch with what is happening within us.
We can become so accustomed to carrying our thoughts, our responsibilities, and the weight of our experiences that we forget what it feels like to simply be at peace.
But beneath all of that, your light is still there.
It hasn't disappeared.
It is patiently waiting to be remembered.
And perhaps one of the greatest lessons nature offers us is that light is not the absence of darkness. It is what transforms it.
Within you is that same quiet brilliance, waiting to illuminate the path ahead.
Imagine it like this.
Within you lives a quiet truth, a deep inner knowing that has always been part of who you are.
Yet how often do we give ourselves the opportunity to truly experience it?
We spend so much of our lives searching for clarity, searching for answers, searching for a greater sense of purpose, and searching for peace.
And sometimes, what we're searching for has been within us all along.
The question is, have we created the space to recognize it?
When we allow ourselves to enter a state of peace, something beautiful begins to happen.
The mind no longer needs to occupy every moment.
The weight we have been carrying begins to ease.
And we give ourselves the opportunity to feel a connection with something much deeper within us.
A connection with our true essence.
This is why I want to invite you to spend some time with me tomorrow.
Tomorrow, Saturday, October 10, at 12:00 PM Eastern, I will be guiding our Live Meditation.
I want you to give yourself this opportunity.
To experience what becomes possible when you begin to return to alignment with yourself, reconnect with your true essence, and discover what letting go truly means.
Because when we learn to let go, we create the space to recognize what has been waiting within us all along.
Because there are certain things we can understand through words.
And there are things we can only come to know through experience.
Tomorrow, I want you to experience that for yourself.
Mid Autumn Meditation → Save Your Quiet Space!
When we nurture that space within ourselves, we begin to carry its essence into the way we think, the way we respond, and the way we experience life.
And perhaps what you discover tomorrow will remind you of something you never truly lost.
With gratitude,
Herman
P.S. The moon doesn't wait for perfect conditions to shine, and neither should you. Give yourself this time tomorrow. You may be surprised by what becomes clear when you finally allow yourself to be still.
P.P.S. I also created something special in honour of the Mid-Autumn Festival. It's an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your creativity, and experience a little peace through every page.
