TOPIC: RAPTURE Preworkout by Leader Formulas: Recall - Due to the Presence of 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (DMAA)
AUDIENCE: Consumer, Patient, Health Care Professional, Pharmacy, Cardiology
ISSUE: Leader Formulas is recalling one (1) lot of RAPTURE Pre workout, a dietary supplement powder because it was found to contain 1,3-Dimethylamylamine (DMAA). Using DMAA can result in elevated blood pressure and could lead to cardiovascular problems, including heart attack, shortness of breath and tightening of the chest.
RAPTURE Preworkout was distributed between 1/29/25 and 5/25/26 Nationwide to retail and via internet through the company website (www.leaderformulas.com).
Leader Formulas has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.
