Last night, the court put an entry on its docket, advising the public that it could access the hearing scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in the case brought by CNN, MSNOW, and Politico against the Trump administration for banning them from the White House grounds. I’ll be teaching at 3:30 ET tomorrow, so we’ll flip our usual procedure; you listen to the hearing and let me know how it goes. I’ll catch up after I’m out of class and can see a transcript.
