Singer Lionel Richie is doing well after the Grammy-winning artist underwent a procedure for atrial fibrillation, according to his representative.

Richie, 77, will be taking time off but is expected to be performing again soon after recovering from the procedure, his rep said.

If anyone thought married life would slow down Travis Kelce, Andy Reid isn’t buying it.

The Kansas City Chiefs head coach jokingly credited Taylor Swift with keeping the star tight end motivated after questions surfaced about whether his offseason wedding and honeymoon might affect his preparation for the 2026 NFL season.

“Everybody questioned with the wedding and all of that — ‘would he be out of shape and honeymooning the whole time [in the offseason]?’ and all of that,” Reid told KSHB 41 News.

Actor Hayden Panettiere died from an accidental overdose of fentanyl and several other drugs, according to a coroner’s report released Tuesday.

The report listed the “Heroes” and “Nashville” star’s cause of death as toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP — used in the manufacture of fentanyl — Alprazolam, commonly known by the brand name Xanax and used to treat anxiety, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine.

The manner of death was ruled an accident.

A new book published Tuesday by the brother of the late Princess Diana has made headlines around the world with its damning allegations about Diana’s ex-husband, now King Charles III, and reopened decades-old wounds within Britain’s royal family.

In “Swan Song: Diana, My Sister,” Charles Spencer alleges that he argued with the then-Prince Charles over palace plans for Prince William and Prince Harry, then 15 and 12, to walk behind their mother’s coffin during her 1997 funeral procession.

Spencer says he told Charles that Diana, who was killed in a car crash in Paris at the age of 36, would not have wanted her boys to undergo the ordeal. He claims the prince “went ballistic” during the argument, and told him: “Rest assured, we’ll forget her soon enough.” Spencer also accuses Charles of having “contempt” for his ex-wife and of sounding “elated” after her death.

Police released new details Monday following the death of Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of supermodel Cindy Crawford.

Santa Monica Police said officers were first called around 9:35 a.m. Sunday to the 1000 block of Berkeley Street in the Southern California city for a report of a “possible overdose.” When they arrived, they found a man, later identified as Gerber, dead.

The department said they are investigating Gerber’s death “as a suspected overdose.”

The California’s attorney general’s office announced a settlement Monday resolving a 12-state legal challenge to Paramount Skydance’s $110 billion merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, clearing a key hurdle for the transaction.

The merger would join together two historic film studios (Paramount and Warner Bros.), two popular streaming platforms (Paramount+ and HBO Max) and two news organizations (CBS News and CNN) under the leadership of 43-year-old mogul David Ellison.

The states opposing the deal, led by California Attorney General Rob Bonta, sued to block the merger July 13, arguing in a 38-page complaint that it would “extinguish competition” in Hollywood.
