Hey, I wanted to circle back about the weekend plans we discussed earlier. I checked the schedule and it looks like Saturday afternoon works best for everyone involved. The park near the river has a few shaded areas that should be comfortable even if it gets warm.

Can you bring the folding chairs and that woven blanket you mentioned? I will handle the drinks and a couple of side dishes. We should probably aim to meet around two, which gives us enough time to set up without feeling rushed.

If the weather turns, we can shift to the covered pavilion by the east entrance. Let me know what you think, and if there is anything else we need to pick up before then.

A Quiet Thank You for Staying With Us
Because you stayed at a Marriot Hotel or a Marriot partner hotel within the past year, we are sending a two-piece luxury cooling pillow set to your household. It is provided at no charge, and after a brief questionnaire you can also claim a two-night stay at select locations, also at no charge.
Details About This Pillow Set
Temperature-regulating fabric designed to wick warmth and draw heat away while you rest. Breathable cover material that stays cool to the touch during warmer nights.
Supportive memory-style fill that holds its shape without trapping excess heat. A smooth, low-profile design that fits standard pillowcases and travel setups.
Durable stitching along the seams so the set keeps its structure through nightly use. A gentle yet firm loft that works well for side, back, and combination sleepers.

The pillow set is limited to one per household. Pillow allocation is set at 800 sets, and this program closes tomorrow. Once the questionnaire is finished, the two-night stay access is scheduled based on availability at select locations. No billing will be applied to your account for the pillows or the qualifying stay nights.

Redeem Your Pillows + 2 Nights

Thanks for being part of our stay history. Your feedback through the questionnaire helps us shape better rest experiences for returning guests.

We were reviewing the seating chart for the dinner next Friday and noticed a few adjustments might help. I think moving the two round tables closer to the window would open up the center path for the serving area.

Did you confirm whether the dessert station is being placed near the back wall or the side entrance? I want to make sure there is enough room for the line to move without blocking the main walkway.

Also, the small table by the coat rack could be swapped with the one near the speaker. That would keep the corner from feeling crowded once everyone arrives. Let me know your thoughts when you have a moment.
