I’m not going to dodge these |
|
iza,
Five questions about the September Bootcamp keep landing in my inbox. Answering all of them right here.
|
“Q4 is my busiest stretch of the year. Isn’t this the worst possible timing?”
Let’s be honest with each other: there is never a good time to take an eight-week program. If you’re waiting for things to slow down, they are not going to slow down.
A member of ours took a cruise to Alaska this summer. Glaciers out the window, laptop open. His words: “I can’t lay my head down and expect this thing to work without me.” Busy season on your current system is exactly what you’d be rebuilding your way out of.
There is real work involved here, and every bit of it is pointed at getting you relief and a result you can measure by November. |
|
“It sounds like a lot of work.”
The ask is 3 to 5 hours a week, and the pre-work is built to hand you back a minimum of 10 hours a week before day one, so the program funds its own time starting in week one. And once you’re inside, I would genuinely rather you consume 20% of the content and get it worked into your life than absorb 100% and install none of it. Integration beats education, every single week. |
|
“My fall is already committed.”
There’s a concept I coach on called commitment debt: your fall feels pre-spent because you’re still paying off old yeses. You didn’t want to say no too late, so you said yes too early, and now the calendar is full of it. A rebuild is how next season stops looking like this one. |
|
“What if I talk with Freda and get turned down?”
Then you’ll be turned down kindly, told exactly why, and pointed at the right next step. Often that’s Boost Mode, our month-to-month accountability coaching, my standing “start smaller now, Bootcamp later” play. Roughly a third of applicants hear some version of this, and plenty of them are in a cohort a year later.
A no from us still leaves you with a plan moving forward, and it only costs you an hour of your time. |
|
“Is a productivity bootcamp still relevant when AI can do everything?”
AI multiplies whatever you point it at. Organized week in, multiplied output out. Chaos in, multiplied chaos out. That’s why fundamentals come first, and it’s also why nearly every step of this program is now AI-assisted, from the pre-work time analysis to running your Action Platform. |
Fit calls close Friday at 11:59pm ET.

P.S. I can answer questions by email all day. The one thing I can’t tell you from here is whether this is your move, because that depends on things about your week that I don’t know yet. One hour with Freda answers it, and you can see everything the program includes before you decide. It’s all laid out here. |
