Progress continues at B14-3, with internal and external plastering advancing well. Screeding has commenced, alongside louvre and air-vent installations on the balconies.
Next up: window installation and finishing works, including skimming, tiling, kitchen and sanitary ware installation.
Completion is currently expected by end of 2026, with handover invitations to follow once works are complete.
