The purpose of this communication is to announce that VA has posted an update to VA Pamphlet 26-7, Chapter 4, Credit Underwriting. This is to correct a minor inconsistency in account payment calculations provided in Chapter 4.

Purpose: VA is publishing this update to inform and clarify:

• Topic 7, Subsection b, Non-medical Collection Accounts, Paragraph 3, has been updated to add “divided by 12” at the end of the first sentence.
