Temporary Changes to Mental Health Appointment Check-In

Mental Health Bldg

Dear Veterans,

The air conditioning system in Building 161, the Mental Health building on our main campus, is currently not functioning. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, Mental Health staff have been temporarily relocated to several locations across campus.

Please continue to check in for your Mental Health appointments at Building 161 as scheduled. After check-in, staff will arrange transportation to your clinician’s temporary appointment location.

Until further notice, please allow additional time for check-in and transportation when arriving for your Mental Health appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

For questions or additional information, you may reach our Mental Health Department at 928-445-4860, ext. 7500.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

Northern Arizona VA Health Care System
