I heard back from two people yesterday, and both said Thursday works better than Wednesday. I looked at my calendar this morning and have a slot open from 1 to 2 PM on Thursday. Last week we met on Friday at noon, and one person had to leave early for another call. I am waiting on one more reply about Thursday, but I think we can go ahead and set it for 1 PM. If that person cannot make it, we can send them the notes after. I told the group I would confirm by tomorrow evening at the latest. I would rather have it Thursday at 1 than keep moving it around again. Once I hear from the last person, I will send a quick message with the room link and a short list of topics.
