Gov. Pritzker stops short of assessing Speaker Welch’s leadership amid Illinois House harassment fallout

Gov. JB Pritzker declined to offer an opinion on House Speaker Emanuel “Chris” Welch’s leadership or whether Welch’s public responses have adequately addressed his handling of sexual harassment complaints against ex-state Rep. Harry Benton.
