Sure, That matched the same date as earlier in the week. I planned to visit them this week but ran short on hours. I suppose we could reschedule the dates to another time this week when everyone is available. I was going to check what time they would arrive but that falls on a different day this week. You could attempt preparing a Venezuelan pabellón criollo (literally, national flag). Essentially it's beef, rice, plantains and black beans, but enjoyable to make. OR, I could be any one of 3 incredible Mexican dishes: birria,(with beef) cochinito pibíl (with pork) or chiles en nogada (stuffed poblano chiles in a creamy sauce).
