Got a text this week from a guy who has fallen off his routine.

He moved cities. His partner spent 6 months job hunting. He carried the whole house solo the entire time. Training fell off completely. Gained a bunch of weight.

"I'm absolutely sick of how much I've fallen off"

That's where a lot of guys are right now.

You're not lazy. Just continually getting knocked off track.

Now you're in the gap between where you're at and where you know you could be.

Summer makes it worse. Trips, patios, barbecues, and no routine.

Every week feels like an exception to the rule.

So you wait for September when things "calm down" before you get back to it.

But it won't. Life stays busy. Then it'll be the holidays.

Lean guys don't wait for smooth weeks. They have systems to win no matter what. Travel week, stressful week, bad week, doesn't matter. They've got a way of operating that holds up.

That's literally what we work on with folks in my coaching program.

Heads up though - we've been bringing on clients faster than usual right now, and if that pace keeps up we're looking at a waitlist by August.

So if you've been sitting on this, sooner beats later.
