I still have no idea why no one was working on a Friday afternoon but good for them.

No shade at all to my friend, obviously. He’s older and we’re just in different career places so I do get it.

I’m sharing this for a very specific reason: I want you to see how seriously I take content creation.

I RARELY get entire days like that to create content.

NOTHING could pull me away from my work on days like this.

I didn’t even have to think twice about it, to be honest.

My priorities are:

1: God
2: Ellie
3: My business/mission

Everything else can fit in as best it can but you get smart about it.

My “social life” is lots of playdates with other mama friends and our babies.

Or those rare special moments when I get to connect with business friends here and there.

The reality is that if you want to be successful, you will not be showing up to many social events.

Things like poker at 1:30pm are just not in the cards for me and I’m really ok with that.

And if you want your dreams bad enough, it’s super worth it.
