Yeah I got your message about the weekend plans-sounds good to me. I think we should keep it casual since the weather has been pretty unpredictable lately. No rush on returning it, I just wanted to remind you in case you forgot. Also I finally tried that new coffee shop on the corner and their cold brew is really solid. Hey thanks for the update on the hiking trail conditions. I really appreciate you checking that out before we go. I think we should aim for the easier loop since some people in our group might not be up for a strenuous climb. I checked the weather forecast and it looks like it will be partly cloudy with a slight breeze so pretty good conditions overall. I also wanted to mention that I picked up some extra snacks for the trip so we should have enough for everyone. Let me know if you want me to bring anything else like a first aid kit or extra water. I have a portable speaker too if anyone wants some music along the way.
I also finished reading that article you sent me about local wildlife. Really interesting stuff especially the part about bird migration patterns in our area. I didn't realize so many species passed through here during spring. Maybe we can bring a field guide and see how many we can spot. Anyway I think we are all set for Saturday morning.
