yes i think the raised beds will work well for the tomatoes and peppers. we need to make sure the soil mix has enough compost and drainage before we start planting. i checked the forecast and it looks like we have a good window next weekend to get everything set up. the community center said they can provide the lumber and we just need to coordinate the volunteers. let me know if you want to adjust the layout at all.
