An inmate’s death is under investigation after he was found unresponsive in a southern Colorado prison on Sunday, according to federal officials.

The delay means Barry Morphew, who has maintained his innocence, will not stand trial in his wife Suzanne Morphew’s death until nearly seven years after her disappearance.
