Our 23 June auction, which took place on Tuesday sold over £36m bringing our total raised across June to over £75m. You can now view the full results of the sale here.
Robin Howeson, head of Savills Auctions comments; "Our latest auction signals the halfway point of the year, and we are delighted to have raised more than £475m in H1 across 10 individual auctions. This marks another record for the business and reflects the continued strength of our online, live-streamed format and mixed catalogues.
While we have seen sustained momentum across both the commercial and residential markets, it is evident that competitively priced assets continue to drive the strongest engagement, with bidders demonstrating increased confidence where clear value exists. Lots offering dual-income potential remain particularly sought after, as buyers continue to prioritise assets that combine immediate returns with longer-term flexibility."
