Which is rich coming from Trump, who just weeks ago guaranteed absolute success with his $14 million plan to redo the bottom of the pool. Even promising there was no way anyone would be able to vandalize it even if they wanted to.

Who could have ever predicted it would end like this? Or that he would essentially turn the area around the reflecting pool into a police state
