Update on Homeless Services Center (HSC)
Arlington County is expanding the Homeless Services Center (HSC) at 2020 14th Street N. to better support the community. Interior work continues this summer and fall, with some construction activity expected, but the center will remain open. The buildout phase is expected to begin in spring 2027 and last about one year.
The project will increase shelter capacity, improve space for seasonal services, and add housing for older adults.
