Important Update About Your Binance Account

Dear Binancian,

You’re receiving this email as you are a resident of Poland or a business registered in Poland, and you are currently receiving services from Binance Poland sp. z o.o. ("Binance Poland").

Following our previous email with an update regarding your Binance account, we inform you that Binance Poland or another entity of the Binance group will not be granted a MiCA license by 30 June 2026. As a result, from 1 July 2026 onwards Binance Poland will no longer be able to onboard new users and the services provided by Binance Poland will be restricted from 1 July 2026. Please refer to the schedule below for details of the specific changes and timelines.

Our intention is to facilitate an orderly process and minimize disruption to customers, so that from 1 July 2026 onwards, the available operations will be limited to those that enable you to reduce your position and withdraw your assets. To be clear, all digital assets are still available for withdrawal even after 1 July 2026, in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Binance remains committed to securing an authorisation under MiCA to offer crypto-asset services in Europe in line with its requirements and we will keep you informed of any developments in this regard.

How to handle your assets?

  • Transfer your assets to a self-hosted wallet under your control.
  • Transfer your assets to another crypto-asset service provider.

What is important to be aware of as a user?

  • Your assets remain safe and accessible regardless of which option you choose. There is no sudden freeze of your assets.

  • You are able to withdraw your assets at all times in crypto currencies and EUR and PLN, including after 1 July 2026.

  • You should not deposit crypto currencies and fiat currencies from 1 July 2026.

  • Your activities remain undisrupted until 1 July 2026, and the reduction of activities will start as per the schedule below:

 

Reduction Schedule

 

TRADE

Spot: As of 1 July 2026, no new Spot trading orders can be placed.

  • Open orders placed before 1 July 2026 will remain open and may be executed for 48 hours from 1 July 2026.

  • After this period, all open orders will be automatically cancelled.

  • Trading bots will be terminated on 1 July 2026.

Convert: As of 1 July 2026, new orders will no longer be available.

  • Open limit orders will be cancelled by the system on 1 July 2026.

  • Recurring plan will be cancelled by the system on 1 July 2026.

  • Convert sell orders for sell only into PLN, EUR and USDC will remain available.

Margin: As of 1 July 2026, no new Margin trading orders and margin borrow can be placed.

  • Pending orders will be cancelled and an automatic settlement will be conducted on 1 July 2026

  • Open Margin positions in the Margin wallet will be closed when settlement time is up.

 

EARN

Simple Earn Flexible Products: As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available.

  • As of 1 July 2026, the digital assets used for your subscription will be returned to your spot account, along with any remaining accrued rewards. Digital assets pledged as collateral for Flexible Loan positions will be returned to your spot account after your Flexible Loan positions are closed.

Simple Earn Locked Products (lock period up to 180 days):

  • As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available.

  • The digital assets used for the subscriptions that happened before 1 July 2026 will be returned to the spot wallet, together with any accrued rewards at the end of the locked period.

ETH Staking (WBETH): As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available; From 1 Jul 2026, the digital assets you used to subscribe will be returned to your spot wallet, together with any accrued rewards - this process may take longer than a few days, depending on the product’s official redemption period. No ETH rewards will be accrued or distributed after that date.

SOL Staking (BNSOL): As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available; From1 July 2026, the digital assets you used to subscribe will be returned to your spot wallet, together with any accrued rewards - this process may take longer than a few days, depending on the product’s official redemption period. No SOL rewards will be accrued or distributed after that date.

RWUSD: As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available, and your RWUSD will be automatically redeemed into USDC and distributed to your spot account on 1 July 2026;

  • If you use RWUSD as collateral for VIP Loan, your RWUSD will be automatically redeemed to USDC after the VIP Loan order is closed; no RWUSD rewards will be accrued or distributed after that date.

Soft Staking: As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available and the digital assets used for your subscription will be returned to your spot wallet, along with any remaining accrued rewards.

On-Chain Yield: As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available and the digital assets used for your subscription will be returned to your spot wallet, together with any accrued rewards at the end of the locked period.along with any remaining accrued rewards.

Binance Pool: As of 1 July 2026, Binance Mining Pool services will no longer be available. Please disconnect your mining machines from Binance Pool before 1 July 2026, as no mining rewards will be distributed after this date.

Pool Savings: As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available. As of 1 July 2026, the digital assets used for your subscription will be returned to your Funding wallet, along with accrued rewards.

Cloud Mining: As of 1 July 2026, new subscriptions will no longer be available. The digital assets used for your subscription will be returned to your Spot wallet, along with any remaining accrued rewards, at the end of each subscription period, as usual.

Binance Loans: As of 1 July 2026, no new loan positions may be opened. If you have outstanding loan positions, you can still top up collateral.

 

PAY

Binance Pay: As of 1 July 2026, new transfers and payments will no longer be possible. Recurring transfers will also be canceled on 1 July 2026

 

LISTING

Launchpool: As of 1 July 2026, you will no longer be eligible to receive new tokens through Launchpool

Launchpad: As of 1 July 2026,, you will no longer be eligible to access new tokens through Launchpad.

 

P2P: From June 30, 2026 at 09:00 UTC, Binance P2P will no longer be available to your account.

  • You will no longer be able to access Binance P2P.

  • You will no longer be able to place or take P2P orders.

  • You will no longer be able to create, edit, or manage P2P ads.

  • Any active P2P ads associated with your account will be automatically closed.

  • Any ongoing P2P appeals will remain available until they are resolved.

 

API TRADING

  • API permission for Spot and Margin new trading orders will be revoked on 1 July 2026.

  • API permission for loan, margin and other repayments will be retained until settlement is done.

  • You are encouraged to terminate API trading before this date to avoid sudden disruption in your trading activities.

 

Are my assets safe?
Please rest assured that your assets remain secure, are and will remain accessible at all times. Your assets will not be frozen. Our intention is to support an orderly process and minimise disruption to our users.
