April Trade Sales Up 3.6% Over 2025Solid gains in the children’s/YA category, driven by a spike in nonfiction sales, helped lift trade book revenue to $768.9 million in the month, compared to $741.9 million last year. Adult nonfiction sales, however, continued to sag, per the AAP.
