The Columbus VA Observes Juneteenth - June 19

Each June 19, VA celebrates Juneteenth National Independence Day.

On June 19, 1865, Union General Gordon Granger arrived in Galveston, Texas, to enforce President Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation, liberating enslaved Black Americans. Join us as we honor all Black Veterans — and reflect upon the freedom all Americans enjoy.

The Columbus VA will be closed in observance of this federal holiday.

Our urgent care will remain open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
