Due to facility-related HVAC repairs, the Southwest VA Clinic located at 9250 W. Thomas Rd. in Phoenix, AZ will be closed for onsite services until further notice.
- Veterans with scheduled appointments are being contacted directly regarding care options.
- When medically appropriate, appointments may be converted to VA Video Connect or telephone visits.
- Veterans requiring in-person care will be offered appointments at alternate VA locations or the option to reschedule.
