Actually no I think the best approach would be to just schedule it for Wednesday afternoon because that gives us time to prep the presentation deck beforehand. I checked everyone's availability and Wednesday works for most of the team except Sarah who has a conflict at 2pm but can join at 3pm if that works. Let me know if that time shift is okay or if we should look at Thursday instead. I know you mentioned wanting to get this wrapped before the end of the week so I figured earlier is better. Also I can bring the printed collateral samples we discussed. The marketing team already signed off on the creative direction so we're good to move forward.
