Oh, you should definitely check out the new exhibit at the natural history museum if you get a chance. We went last weekend and honestly lost track of time in there. The gemstone hall was incredible, and the dinosaur skeleton installation just takes your breath away. I had no idea they had so many interactive displays now. My nephew absolutely loved the hands-on earthquake simulator. We ended up spending almost four hours wandering around and still felt like we missed half of it. The best part was the photography was allowed in most sections without flash, so we got some really amazing shots. Let me know if you want to go together sometime next month. F0VpSBjY9yjz I heard they're rotating out some of the fossil collection in a few weeks, so it might be good to see it before then anyway. We're planning another trip soon because there was a whole wing about ancient oceans we skipped because the little guy got tired. I'll send you the link to the ticket booking page.

So I finally tried making that homemade pasta recipe you sent me last month. It was definitely a process, but honestly really satisfying once it came together. I think I added a bit too much salt to the sauce, but the noodles themselves turned out surprisingly well considering it was my first time using the pasta maker. The dough had to rest for about an hour, which gave me just enough time to clean up the kitchen and set the table. Next time I think I'll try adding some spinach to the dough for a bit of color variety. We had some leftover garlic bread with it, and the whole meal felt very restaurant-quality for a Tuesday night. You were right about the tipo 00 flour making a difference in the texture. I'm definitely going to make it a regular thing, maybe experiment with different shapes once I get more confident with the rolling technique.
