Yeah I totally get what you mean about the new workflow. We tried something similar last quarter and it took a while for everyone to adjust. Honestly I think the key is just letting people find their own rhythm with it rather than forcing a specific way. Some of the team actually ended up liking it more once they got past the MLnbiiaIqce initial learning curve. The biggest win for us was the time saved on the reporting side. Anyway let me know if you want me to share the template we ended up using. Happy to pass it along. You know how it is with these things — everyone has to find their own groove eventually. Just give it a couple weeks and see how it feels. We were all skeptical at first too but in the end it worked out fine.

I think the main thing is just being patient with the process. People resist change naturally so it helps to give them space to adjust at their own pace. We found that once folks saw the benefits in their daily tasks they came around on their own.

I was just thinking about that old running trail we used to hit on weekends. Remember how we’d start before sunrise and watch the fog lift over the valley? Those were good mornings. I’ve been trying to get back into a routine but it’s tough with the current schedule. Maybe we could plan something soon. I found this new path that winds along the river for about five miles and the ground is pretty soft so it’s easier on the knees. Let me know if you’re interested. No pressure obviously. Just thought it might be fun to catch up and get some fresh air. We could grab coffee after if you’re free. Mornings work best for me but I can flex a bit if needed. Anyway I hope you’re doing well. Let me know what works for you and we can set something up. It would be great to catch up properly.

I found this little cafe near the trailhead that opened last month. Looks like a good spot to refuel after a run. Let me know what you think.
