I think starting next week makes the most sense for the project timeline. The team has been reviewing the feedback from last quarter and we identified a few areas where we can streamline our approach. I spoke with Jenna about the documentation and she said the updated files should be ready by Wednesday. After that we can schedule a quick session to walk through the revisions together. The main thing is to keep the process straightforward so everyone stays aligned without too many back and forth emails. Let me know if you see any gaps in the current plan. I also wanted to ask about the meeting format since some people mentioned they prefer working through things asynchronously rather than sitting through another long call. We could try a shared document approach for the initial review and then meet only if there are substantial changes needed. That might save us a couple of hours this month.

I wanted to follow up on your question about the garden layout. After measuring the space again I think the raised beds would work best along the southern wall where they get consistent light throughout the day. The soil drains well there and we wouldn't need to add much to it. I looked at a few different arrangements and the L shape seems most practical for accessing everything easily. Let me know what you think about that configuration. I can send the measurements if that helps. The herbs should go closest to the house for convenience and the taller plants can go in the back. I'm happy to help with the setup whenever you're ready to begin. We could start preparing the beds this weekend if the weather cooperates. I have some extra materials that might work well for the border edges.
