I totally agree, the weather has been so unpredictable lately. One moment it's sunny, the next it's pouring rain. I think spring is just playing tricks on us. Anyway, I finally got around to organizing my home office space. I added a few plants and a decent desk lamp, and it made such a difference in how productive I feel. You should see the before and after pictures. I also tried that recipe you sent me last week. It turned out great, although I substituted the chicken for tofu and it worked perfectly. We should plan a hiking trip next month once the trails dry up a bit. I heard the state park has some really scenic routes that are perfect for beginners and experienced hikers alike.
