We did it last Saturday and only ran into a few people. Definitely bring extra water, there’s no stream past the second switchback. Let me know if you want to borrow my poles, they really helped on the descent. I’ll be free next weekend if you want to go again.
Also, I finally tried that new bakery on Elm Street. The sourdough is decent but the cinnamon rolls are ridiculous – get there before 9am or they sell out. I grabbed a loaf to take home and it’s already half gone. Anyway, text me when you decide on a day. Happy to drive if you chip in for gas.

We finally finished putting together that bookshelf from IKEA. Took almost three hours because the instructions were totally confusing – we had to redo two steps. But now it looks great in the corner of the living room. I lined up all my cookbooks and a few plant pots on top. The cats keep trying to jump on it though. Next weekend we’re tackling the desk.
