Yeah I think that sounds like a good plan honestly. We tried the new ramen place downtown last week and it was pretty solid. The broth had a nice depth to it and the chashu was tender. I'd recommend going earlier though because they were already out of the special by 7pm. Let me know if you want to check it out this weekend. I'm free Saturday afternoon if that works for you. We could grab a drink after too if you're up for it. The weather is supposed to be nice finally so it might be good to sit outside. I heard they have a small patio in the back. Anyway just let me know what you think. Also I was thinking we could invite Jen if she's around. She mentioned wanting to try that place a while back. I'll text her later to see if she's free. I finally got around to watching that documentary series you mentioned. The first episode was a bit slow but it really picked up after that. The cinematography was stunning especially the aerial shots. I ended up binge watching three episodes in one night. I can see why you thought I'd like it. There's this one part about the restoration process that was really fascinating. I'd be curious to know if the book goes into more detail on that aspect.
