I reviewed the meeting notes you sent over and wanted to share a few thoughts on next steps for the volunteer schedule. It looks like we have enough people to cover the first two shifts but the evening slots on Saturday are still thin. I can ask around at book club tomorrow night to see if anyone else is available to help. Let me know if you want me to coordinate directly with the venue or if you prefer to handle the communication yourself. I am happy to draft the sign-up sheet if that is helpful. We should also confirm the start time for setup because the previous email said 7:30 but the calendar invite shows 8:00. I will check with the facilities team to clarify and then update everyone.

Regarding the supplies list you attached, I think we might be missing a few items like extra trash bags and hand sanitizer for the registration table. I can pick those up when I run errands on Friday morning. Just let me know the preferred brand or size if you have a preference. Also, I will bring my own clipboard and pens so we do not run short. I will send a confirmation email to the group by Thursday evening once we have the schedule finalized. Let me know if you need anything else from me before then.

Thank you for your interest in this program.

I wanted to follow up on the discussion we had about the community garden plot assignments for this season. After reviewing the sign-ups, it looks like we have twelve plots claimed and four still available. If you know anyone who might be interested, please have them reach out to me directly. I will be at the garden this Saturday morning from 9 to 11 if anyone wants to walk the site and see the layout before committing. The soil test results came back and the pH is good, so we should have a strong growing season. I will also send out a reminder about the tool-sharing agreement next week.

On another note, the carpool rotation for the hiking trip is still being finalized. If you are driving, please let me know how many seats you have open so we can balance the groups. I think we will have eight people total, so two cars should be sufficient. Let me know if you have questions about the route or the meeting point. I will confirm the weather forecast the day before and send a group message. Looking forward to seeing everyone out there.
