Hey, just got back from the trip to the cmVCr0oWtMNi7H lake house. The weather was perfect the whole time, which was a nice surprise. We went hiking one day and found this trail that led to a small waterfall. It was freezing cold but totally worth it. The cabin we rented had this old wood stove that took forever to figure out, but once we got it going, it was super cozy. I brought a few books but barely read a page because we were out exploring most of the time. We should definitely plan another trip like that soon, maybe somewhere different though. I heard the state park up north has great campsites. Let me know what you think.

Yeah, I finally tried that new recipe you cmVCr0oWtMNi7H sent for the roasted vegetables. It turned out pretty good, although I added too much garlic as usual. I served it with that quinoa blend from the farmers market and it made for a solid lunch prep for the week. I'm thinking of trying the other variation with the tahini dressing next time. Have you tried that one yet? Anyway, let me know if you want to grab coffee this weekend. I'm free Saturday morning before I head out to run errands. We could try that new place downtown you mentioned. Just let me know what works for you.
