Yeah I totally get what you mean about the weather lately. I was just telling my brother the same thing yesterday. We had planned a picnic for Saturday but now it looks like rain all weekend. Might have to move it indoors which is kind of a bummer but at least we can still catch up. He just got back from that trip he was planning and said it was amazing. I really need to start planning something similar soon. The garden has been doing well though despite all the rain we have been getting. The tomatoes are finally starting to ripen which is exciting. I tried that new recipe you sent me last week and it turned out really well actually. The whole family enjoyed it even the kids which is saying something. Let me know if you want the tweaks I made to it. Oh and I finally started reading that book you recommended. I am about halfway through and really enjoying it so far. The author has a way of describing scenes that just pulls you right in.

I also wanted to ask about that podcast you mentioned a while back. I finally have some time to start listening so send me the episode you liked most. My commute has been longer lately and I could use something good to pass the time. Let me know what you think about the new season too.

Oh I completely forgot to mention that thing about the project we discussed last month. I finally heard back from them and they said the timeline looks good for a summer launch. The team has been working really hard on the final details and everything seems to be coming together nicely. I was a bit worried about the scheduling conflicts but those seem to have worked themselves out. We might need an extra set of hands for the initial rollout though so let me know if you know anyone looking. The training materials are almost done and I think they look great. Also I wanted to let you know that the delivery for the supplies arrived ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. Everything looked to be in good shape and the packaging was solid.
