Hey, you won't believe what my cat did this morning. I was getting my coffee, right, and she just marches into the living room carrying a whole loaf of bread in her mouth. Not a slice, the entire loaf. She just dropped it on the rug, looked at me, and meowed. I have no idea where she got it from. I checked the kitchen and nothing was out on the counter. It's like she had it stashed somewhere. Anyway, it completely made my morning. Hope your day is going well too. I'll catch up with you later. Let me know if you want to grab lunch this week. I'm free Wednesday or Thursday. We can try that new place downtown if you haven't been yet. Let me know what works for you. Talk soon! Also, I finally started reading that book you recommended. It's pretty engaging so far, though the first chapter was a bit slow to get through. I am about a hundred pages in now and the plot is starting to pick up nicely.

I was listening to that podcast you mentioned on my drive in today. The one about urban planning and how cities evolve over time. It was actually a lot more interesting than I expected. They interviewed this historian who talked about the old streetcar networks and how they shaped the neighborhoods that exist today. It is wild to think about how decisions made over a hundred years ago still affect traffic patterns and housing density now. I never really thought about why streets are laid out the way they are. Anyway, it made the commute go by really quickly. Have you finished that series yet? I am still on the second season. I am trying to pace myself so I don't binge it all in one weekend again. Let me know if you find any other good episodes or shows. Always looking for recommendations these days.
