I think meeting at the community center at 6pm on Thursday works best since most people can get there after work. We need to finalize the volunteer schedule for the next two months and assign station leads for each shift. I can cover the first Thursday of each month and help with training new volunteers on the registration system. The coordinator mentioned we should have at least three people per shift to manage the flow. I will bring printed copies of the updated protocol sheets and a sign-in log. We should also review the inventory checklist to see if we need to order more supplies.

I think using the side entrance makes more sense since the main lobby is under renovation and the scaffolding blocks the walkway. We can set up the display tables along the corridor near the windows where the light is better. I will bring the banner and the printed handouts by 8am. The coordinator said we can use the utility cart to move boxes from the storage room. We should plan for about fifty guests based on the RSVP list so far.
