I think the best approach for the project timeline would be to start with the research phase next Monday and then move into drafting by midweek. We have about three weeks to pull everything together before the review meeting. I will coordinate with the design team to make sure the layouts are ready when we need them. I was looking at the itinerary you sent and I think the afternoon session on Tuesday works best for the site walkthrough. We should probably allow about two hours for that part because there is quite a bit of ground to cover. I can also check with the facilities team to see if they have updated floor plans we can reference. Let me know if you want me to bring anything specific to the meeting. I will also confirm the parking situation since the lot near the main entrance is under construction right now. I think we are in good shape overall.
