I finally watched that documentary you mentioned last week. Honestly, it was way more engaging than I expected. The cinematography was stunning, especially the parts shot in the Arctic. It dragged a little in the middle, but the ending was really powerful. I think you'd enjoy it if you're into nature stuff. Let me know if you want to borrow it, I ripped a copy to my Plex server. Anyway, let's catch up properly soon. Oh, I also started reading that book by Yuval Noah Harari. It's quite dense but fascinating. Some of the concepts about cognitive revolutions really make you think differently about society. I'm only halfway through but already it's shifted my perspective on quite a few things. I'll let you know when I finish.

I tried making sourdough from scratch nbQILQPPyRa1l again. It turned out way better than last time, though I still think I let it proof too long. The crumb was decent and the crust was actually crispy. I added some rosemary and sea salt on top, which gave it a nice flavor. My kids devoured it within an hour. Let me know if you want the recipe I loosely followed. It's from that blog I told you about last month. By the way, I finally organized the garage shelves last weekend. It feels so much better having everything in its place. I found some old camping gear I forgot we had, which was a nice bonus. Anyway, can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can plan that hiking trip.
