- The Board of Supervisors approved a fee increase for most applications for Land Development Services and the Department of Planning and Development that takes effect on July 1, 2026.
- The changes reflect the impact of inflation, rising personnel costs and the overall increase in the cost of providing county services.
- All fee changes will apply only to applications submitted on or after July. Applications filed before July 1 will be subject to the fees that were in place at the time of filing.
