DUI Arrest

Pickett Road and Sutton Heights Circle.

Officers on routine patrol observed a vehicle traveling in excess of the speed limit. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Arash Salehi-Behbahani, 40 of Burke was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence, and held on $1,000 bond. (2026-7180)


DUI Arrest

Main Street and Trapp Road. 

May 24 2026 • 4:37 a.m.

Officers responded for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Officers observed several road signs had been struck by a vehicle. The suspect was located nearby and detained. Investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol. Joseph Arenal, 29 of McLean was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where they were charged with Driving Under the Influence and held on $3,000 bond. (2026-7182)
