Madison Improvement Project Update

As a reminder, Madison Community Center will be closed starting Monday, June 15 for approximately one year for a maintenance project to replace major infrastructure components, including the roof, windows, heating and cooling systems, and lighting. The project scope also includes renovations to update the lower-level fitness center and adjacent restrooms. 

Join us for a hybrid community meeting in the Madison multipurpose room and online on Monday, June 8 at 6 p.m. to hear the latest construction information and final updates on programs impacted by the closure. See more meeting details, including the virtual meeting link.

We expect regular programming to resume at Madison in fall 2027. Learn more about this project and view where programs will be relocated during construction.

The lower-level fitness center will be renovated as part of the improvement project.
