June 1-19: Share Your SOPS Hospital Survey Results

Voluntary data submission for AHRQ’s Surveys on Patient Safety Culture^® (SOPS^®) Hospital Database will be open June 1-19. Hospitals that administered the SOPS Hospital Survey 2.0 any time between July 2024 and June 19, 2026, may submit their most recent data. Hospitals that have not yet administered the survey may still do so before June 19.

Participating hospitals will receive feedback reports comparing their results with aggregated, de-identified results from all contributors.

The SOPS Hospital Database will accept data from the following survey items:

• SOPS Hospital Survey 2.0
• Health IT Patient Safety Supplemental Items
• Workplace Safety Supplemental Items
• Value and Efficiency Supplemental Items
