I really enjoyed catching up with you the other day. That coffee shop we went to has the best pastries I've had in a long while. I've been thinking about what you said regarding the garden project and I think starting with the raised beds makes a lot of sense actually. I finally tried that new recipe you sent me last month and it turned out even better than I expected. I made a few substitutions based on what I had in the pantry and it still worked beautifully. The key was letting the flavors meld for a bit longer than the instructions said. I've been experimenting more in the kitchen lately and it's been a fun creative outlet.
