Many of you know me through Himeros.tv or YouTube—but what you may not know is that last year, I purchased a beautiful 25-acre bed & breakfast for men in southern Vermont called Frog Meadow.



In many ways, Frog Meadow embodies the same values that inspired Himeros.tv in the first place: Connection, authenticity, chosen family and creating spaces where gay men can feel safe and let go. 

And after a long winter, we’re finally open for the season! 



While weekends are sold out through late August, we still have some weekday availability—and through June 4, we’ve automatically discounted Sunday through Thursday nights by $50 per night. With weekday rates starting at just $225, it’s a great opportunity to experience Frog Meadow for the first time.



Weekday guests enjoy the full Frog Meadow experience including our country breakfast for two, clothing-optional hiking trails, spring-fed swimming pond, gym, wood-fired hot tub and more.

Spring in Vermont is especially magical. The gardens are waking up, the trails are turning green and guests are once again gathering around the breakfast table, soaking in the wood-fired hot tub and making meaningful new connections with one another. And don't forget that Rock River—with its nude beach for men—is just 12 minutes down the road. 

Below, you’ll find our current availability. Dates highlighted in yellow already include the weekday discount, reflected directly in the nightly rate. Any room with a green check mark is currently available—but remaining spring inventory is expected to move quickly.
