This goes against what most coaches will tell you - but hear me out.

Stop trying to make weight loss 'sustainable'.

Everybody says your fat loss approach should feel like something you can do forever.

It makes sense if you've tried and failed before and you're terrified of the rebound.

But I was going through some of my clients' histories the other day and realized something:

The "sustainable" approach is why so many people are stuck.

It fucking drags.

It feels like you're always KIND OF dieting but never actually getting anywhere.

You're in the grey zone of slow progress, with no real end in sight.

It doesn't have that sharp, focused energy that actually gets people to the finish line.

When fat loss drags like that, people lose motivation - so they quit.

I've been stuck in that cycle of half-assing my diet and feeling like I'm just not the kind of person who can get lean.

So here's the shift I've made in how I coach fat loss.

After coaching hundreds of clients through body composition changes, I've intentionally stopped trying to make fat loss feel comfortable and indefinite.

If your goal is purely to never feel restricted - then sure, go slow and sustainable.

But what most people don't realize is the goal is NOT to avoid discomfort forever.

Slower fat loss does not equal better results.

Slower fat loss does not equal a stronger relationship with food.

Slower fat loss does not equal better adherence.

Slower fat loss does not equal more success.

People confuse "sustainable" with "effective".

You'll see a ton of coaches pushing this - but dragging out the process is not what actually gets people lean and keeps them there.

What actually works is having a defined start date, a defined end date, a clear target, and a plan assertive enough to get you there - followed by a deliberate return to maintenance where you can eat more food in a leaner body.

Get in. Get lean. Get out.

Those results don't come from floating in a permanent half-deficit with no finish line and no real commitment.

The people who get the best results are the ones who treat fat loss like a focused block, not a lifestyle they bolt onto their existing habits forever.

This goes against most of what you'll hear from coaches online.

But I promise you, the more clearly defined your fat loss phase, the better.

That's how you get to a point where dieting isn't something you're always doing in the background.

If you want to actually get lean - with a clear plan, a real end date, and no more indefinite half-dieting, my Four Point Fat Loss program is 20% off for the next 48 hours only.
