After a detour and a back injury that kept me out of commission for a few months, I'm back to doing what I do best — working one on one with experienced developers who are ready to figure out their next move.
I've spent the past 6 years meeting privately with over 300 developers from around the world. I've coached more than 130 of them through career transitions, identity questions, burnout recovery, and decisions about what comes next. That work is what I'm most proud of and it's where I can help people the most.
