here's what I'm doing differently...

I'm under 15% body fat once again, but this time is different. 


It's felt easier than ever because I haven't worried about macros.

Sure, I hit my protein goal - but that's just how I like to eat normally by now. 


Definitely hitting my calorie goals - without that, fat loss wouldn't happen. 


But carbs and fats don't really matter. 


I let them fall where they will. 


For 99% of people, it's not worth worrying about. 


You end up stressing out because it's complicated - so you give up. 


Trying to make it all fit like Tetris means that you end up having weirdo meals like 137 grams of chicken, with 12 grams of peanut butter, and 213 grams of rice. 


For literally the exact same results as just focusing on calories and protein...
