Casino Welcome Offer: Deposit Match + Casino Bonus
- This offer is only available to players who registered and verified a new account using the Hard Rock Bet: Casino app, or the Hardrock.bet website, in New Jersey or Michigan, on or after 11:00 AM (Eastern Time) Tuesday, April 7, 2026.
- Players who register and verify an account using the Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook app will have the option of selecting a Sportsbook or Casino welcome offer. Players may only get 1 welcome offer. For example, if the player chooses the Casino Welcome offer, they will not be able to get the Sports Welcome offer, and vice versa.
- To receive 500 Bonus Spins, the player must go to the cashier, add their preferred method of deposit, and complete a deposit of $10 or more.
- Bonus Spins will be awarded on completion of successful deposit.
- Bonus Spins will be awarded in increments of 50 spins per day for 10 consecutive days and can only be used on Cash Eruption.
- The first increment of 50 Bonus Spins that is awarded after the player’s first deposit of $10+ will be available for 24 hours.
- All other daily increments of 50 Bonus Spins will be available from 12:01 AM – 11:59 PM (Eastern Time). If the player doesn’t use their daily bonus spins, they will expire, and the next set of spins will be awarded the following day.
- Individual spin value is $0.20 per spin; total value of all 500 Bonus Spins is $100.
- Any unused Bonus Spins will be forfeited.

- Wagers placed with Casino Bonus funds, Bonus Spins, or Bonus Cash will not count towards Lossback offer.
- Cash winnings received from wagering Bonus Spins, and/or Bonus Cash will be factored into the total lossback calculation.
- Players must place at least 10 separate wagers, and no single wager can account for more than 50% of the total net cash loss.
- Net cash loss (NCL) is calculated as Total Cash Wagered (TCW) – Total Cash Wins (CW); TCW – CW = NCL
- At the end of the 24-hour period, the player will be awarded a Casino Bonus equal to 100% of net cash losses incurred during the promotional period, up to a maximum of $1,000.
- The award will be credited within 30 minutes of the end of the promotion period.
- In the event of a technical error, players that qualify for a Lossback award will be manually credited within 72 hours of the end of the promotion period.
- If after the 24-hour period the player has a net win, they will not receive a casino bonus credit.
- Players who receive a casino bonus credit from the lossback offer have 14 days from casino bonus activation to complete the 1X wagering requirement otherwise all casino bonus funds including any winnings derived from wagering these funds will be forfeited on bonus expiration.
- Players may receive this Welcome Offer (Bonus Spins + Lossback) one time only.
- If a player chooses to cancel/forfeit their casino bonus before completing the wagering requirement, the full casino bonus amount, along with any winnings derived from wagering casino bonus funds, will be removed from the account on forfeiture.
- To forfeit a casino bonus, the player must go to Account > Rewards > In-Progress Rewards. Then tap the info icon on the top right and select Forfeit Campaign. This action will remove the casino bonus and any winnings derived from wagering casino bonus funds. The action CANNOT be undone.
- Players may have multiple casino bonuses available; however, they may only meet the wagering requirement of one (1) bonus at a time, whichever is activated first.
- If a player has not yet met the casino bonus wagering requirement and they have depleted their Restricted Cash funds (where applicable), and their Casino Bonus Funds, the Casino Bonus will become expired and their participation in the promotion is complete.
