I think we're finally feeling some Spring in the air! As we head toward some outdoor weather and activities, I know we all tend to focus a little more on our health and how to stay healthy. It's also a good time to pursue career training in the healthcare industry.
Job growth for roles like home health aides, medical assistants, and nursing assistants is projected to increase by 25% in the next decade, driven by an aging population. Currently, employers are facing a shortage of applicants for higher paying positions like respiratory therapists, dental assistants, and physical therapist assistants. These types of roles have flexible schedules, part-time or full-time options, and often the benefit of employer-paid training.
